Zwanet van Lubek has been the managing director of the AMS Institute since June 2024.
After her studies in Economics, she has worked in various industries (e.g. banking, consulting, pharma and retail) as well as in the educational sector. In the last 15 years she worked for the MBA of the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland, as well as for the University of Technology in Delft. Developing both innovative elements for the curriculum, working with talent, as well as setting up collaborations between the private and the public sector in research and innovation.
An energetic, flexible and committed leader with a versatile background in programme management, partner management, human resources and marketing with a broad multicultural experience. She has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies, driving change and providing added value to the organization and its ecosystem.
