She also co-founded swap-studio, a fashion platform promoting reuse and conscious consumerism. Kathryn has held significant leadership roles for global organisations like Microsoft and SkyKick, where she led worldwide sales and cloud strategy across various regions. She enjoys coaching and mentoring individuals to unlock their full potential and brings a wealth of experience in business and marketing to help startups bring their ideas to life. She is passionate and about people and the planet and believes startups are the key to solving the world’s greatest challenges.
