Tom is a sustainability researcher and educator, and a Technology Consulting Principle at Colt. He has held numerous roles in the media and IT industries including production, design, architecture, consulting and business development in settings from startups to large global enterprises.
Tom a recognized expert in ICT sustainability who is regularly called on to give keynote speeches and presentations at events in Europe and the US. He sits on sustainability committees within techUK, the Infrastructure Masons and Greening of Streaming, is an advisor to The Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) and The Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Association (SDIA), publishes the SustainableIT Newsletter and is working on his first book, which he hopes will be published in early 2024.
