Join us to work on biobased buildings with municipal representatives, using their local Environmental Vision, Program, or Plan as a basis.
In three rounds, we will discuss each of these instruments. Together, we will look at what the municipality has already anchored in policy. Participants will work with texts to sharpen the local environmental vision. We will formulate measures for the environment program, work on plan rules for the Environment plan, and discuss how to ensure that biobased construction actually has a place in the policy cycle.
At the end of the master class, you will gain insight into the Environment Act's circular potential and concrete, applicable material.
CircuLaw
CircuLaw is a knowledge platform through which policymakers, project leaders and buyers are helped to make more and better use of regulations to promote the circular economy. The Professional Education at AMS Institute partnered with CircuLaw to make circular construction policies in timber wood more accessible.
E-modules
The professional Education at AMS played a key role in designing interactive e-learning modules, helping a large pool of over 50 professionals understand how policies impact their field and the legal tools available to them in practice. These professionals are architects, engineers, policymakers and advisors at municipal and provincial levels.
By making regulations accessible and more actionable, we contribute to a future where policy effectively supports innovation.
