Accumulation

The goal of FABULOUS is to produce high-value chemical building blocks from organic waste. Currently, organic waste is mainly composted to yield compost and low-value biogas. It is however also possible to produce high-value chemical building blocks from organic waste.

This process has been developed by TU Delft, Paques and Orgaworld. In the FABULOUS-project TU Delft, AMS Institute, Paques and Orgaworld collaborate to further optimize this process at pilot-scale. The final deliverable of FABULOUS is an economically-sound, environmentally-friendly and societal relevant process to produce high-value chemical building blocks from organic waste.
